INTEGRITY PACKAGING is one of the leading manufacturers
of folding cartons in the south today. Our history began
in 1937 as Phillips Box Co., which was purchased by
Paula and Leon Goldstein in 1985. The company grew to be
one of the top Woman-Owned Business Enterprises in the
packaging industry. In 2004 a private equity firm,
21st Century Group, LLC, purchased INTEGRITY
PACKAGING and added it to its portfolio of packaging
companies.
Our success is related to our outstanding customer
service that stems from our days as a family owned
business. In fact, our President and CEO, Shayna
Melcher, is the daughter of the Goldstein’s.
We take the name INTEGRITY PACKAGING very seriously: one
of the definitions of integrity is,” a firm adherence to
a code of moral and artistic values.” It is our goal to
fill our customers’ needs for high quality packaging,
delivered on time. It is also our duty to always treat
our customers, associates and suppliers with integrity.
We manufacture cartons for several end use categories
including quick serve restaurants, theater chains,
frozen and dry foods, bakery, foodservice items, and
more. We have a large format sheet fed offset printing
presses that can print up to seven colors, with aqueous
coating and backside printing in line. A full complement
of cutting and finishing equipment that allows us to
provide our customers innovative packaging that is
produced in an environmentally friendly method that
adheres to the strict standards of American Institute of
Baking (AIB)
Consolidated Standards for Packaging Facilities.
